Chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 2.5cm chunks
Ginger Garlic Paste
kashmiri red chili powder
Hung Curd or Thick curd
Orange Food color(Optional)
Kasoori Methi(optional) Crushed
- In a mixing bowl add hung curd,ginger-garlic paste,salt,lemon juice and all other spices turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,gram masala and kasoori methi,mix together well.
- Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl, coat them with the marinade and leave in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- Serve hot with mint chutney/dip.
