A Delicious Chicken Dopiaza

Dear readers, I was fully occupied for the last one week.. Unable to turn my eyes on the blog. I am back :) This time I am going to share a recipe which is customized for my taste buds :) Along with my hubby, I used to go to north indian restaurants to celebrate any events. In North indian menus, I knew only tikka dishes.. I don’t know about jalfrezi, dopiaza, balti etc.. We used to order one of the chicken gravy in random manner. We ordered Chicken Dopiaza and we liked it very much.. My husband checked Dopiaza in wiki and told me that Dopiaza means 2 onions. The dish was awesome and mouthwatering. I searched the dopiaza recipes in net and I cooked.. After 3 attempts, I got consistency and I achieved the taste what I was looking for.. I am very happy to share this dish with you all.. Try this @ your home and share your comments.
