Peanut Cutney


This is a simple and easy side dish for idly or dosa...This is my dears favorite one he can have it daily..


Ingredients:

Peanut
1 cup
Onion
1
Red chillies
4
Tamarind
Small Gooseberry size
Oil
2 tsp
Salt
To Taste

For Seasoning :

Mustard Seeds
1 tsp
Channa dal
1 tsp
Urad dal
1 tsp
Curry leaves
1 tsp
Hing
A Pinch

Steps:

  • Dry Roast the Peanuts till nice aroma comes,cool down and remove the skin and set aside.
  • Heat a oil in pan add chopped onion,red chilli and tamarind fry till golden brown and cool down and grind along with peanuts, and needed salt to a smooth paste.
  • Season the items under 'For Seasoning' table and add into the chutney.
