I am living in large single bedroom house. My kitchen was large but bit old. Some of the
appliances are very faulty. Only 2 burners worked in cooker and there wasn’t
owen & grill. I was keep complaining my husband to change the house because
of poor kitchen. Since my house is in ground floor during rainy seasons, some
snails also used to come inside kitchen. I was totally annoyed with snails but
my hubby usually advises me to cook snails too. I couldn’t imagine that.
All of sudden my house owner gave us a surprise that he will
renovate entire kitchen and he asked when is the right time to do. After
hearing that, I was jumping over moon and I couldn’t wait long enough to have
new kitchen to try new recipes.. We immediately told our owner to start the
work soon.
We were eating in restaurants all those days.. Initially it
was nice but we got bored after couple of days and started to hate outside food
from fourth day onwards. The kitchen work was initially planned for 5 days but
ended up in 10 days.
My kitchen was completely ready from yesterday and first
thing I boiled milk:) Didn't forget the Indian tradition.Today I cooked a new sweet“7 Cup Burfi”..
This is my mother’s recipe. It came well and give a try and share your
comments.
